第一百九十九条 对于获救满九十日的船舶和其他财产，被救助方不支付救助款项也不提供满意的担保的，救助方可以申请法院裁定强制拍卖；对于无法保管、不易保管或者保管费用可能超过其价值的获救的船舶和其他财产，可以申请提前拍卖。
